The National Office for Child Safety developed a Guide for Using Child Safety Clauses in Australian Government Procurement, Grants and Contract Management to set out best practice from a child safety perspective. This guide will help Commonwealth entities when establishing and managing contracts which impose child safety requirements consistent with the Commonwealth Child Safe Framework.
