The tools and resources are designed to support service providers to implement the Minimum Practice Standards, and in doing so uplift key areas identified by service providers. The policy guides provide guidance and adaptable templates on privacy, informed consent, client referral, and information sharing.

The supervision and reflective practice tools help service providers’ staff reflect on and learn from their experiences and interactions with clients. The supervision and reflective journal have been designed to use the Minimum Practice Standards as a set of guiding principles to help staff engage in a practice of continuous improvement.
